STRATEGIES FOR CULTURAL ADAPTATION IN VOCATIONAL EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS UNDER GLOBALIZATION

The research highlights the importance of aligning international standards with local contexts to ensure sustainable reforms, improved learning outcomes, and stronger labor market integration.
