Abstract

The life expectancy of the population is one of the main indicators of the socio-economic development of the country, including its individual regions. Studies by scientists around the world have shown that a person lives less than the time allotted to him. One of the reasons for this is the merciless wear and tear of the body, its improper and irrational use.
