APPLICATION OF THE LOGARITHMIC DERIVATIVE IN ECONOMICS

This article examines the use of the logarithmic derivative in economics, in particular its importance in the analysis of financial investments, labor productivity, and sales. It explains how the logarithmic derivative can be used to determine the relative rate of change of economic indicators, and how this method can be used to assess interest rates, asset returns, and sales dynamics.
