Abstract

The article presents the fundamentals of computer modeling of biotechnological processes. The kinetics of microorganism growth is studied depending on reducing substances and temperature. The physical laws that determine the processes associated with heat propagation, the Fourier law and Newton's equation, which describes the surface temperatures of a solid and a flow, are formulated. The analysis of reducing substances, heat exchange and concentration of microorganisms is considered based on a mathematical model of the fermentation process.
