THE SPECIFICS OF PUBLIC CONTROL IN CIVIL PROCEEDINGS

The article examines the peculiarities of the participation of public organizations and citizens in the judicial process of their authorities to protect the rights and interests of citizens protected by law as one of the important manifestations of public control in civil proceedings.
