Abstract

It is important to transform the food industry and increase its competitiveness, and in exchange for the renewal of the technological base of production, the possibility of providing not only domestic but also foreign markets with quality domestic food products increases, laying the foundation for an ever-growing share of this sector in the industry. At the moment, on the basis of the economical use of available reserves, the possibilities of producing quality and cheap food goods and delivering them to consumers on favorable conditions are improved, and through this, an increase in the well-being of the people is ensured .
